Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are set to help all customers and the owner of this small business. 

* All sales are final. We do not issue refunds or cancellations on orders. This is due to the fact that all materials and products are purchased at the time the order is placed. 

* All designs are final once the item has started the processing stage. 

* Please make contact about your order in private and not on a social media post or lives. 

* All items are protected from the time it is started until the time it leaves the owners possession. If your cup is damaged during transit you must make a claim with the postal service or route protection and you must be reimbursed before I will start to remake it. 

* We will cover small damages for up to 1 year after your purchase. Customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping to and from as well.
